Returns and Refunds

MG Tech Store aims for 100% satisfaction. If your new gear isn't the right fit, here is how we handle returns:

·       Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

·       Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

o   Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

o   In the original packaging with all included accessories (extra keycaps, weights, or stickers).

·       Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of heavy use, physical damage caused by the user, or missing original parts cannot be accepted.

 2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

·       Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
