- Cairo & Giza: Guaranteed delivery after 24 hours for orders placed before [e.g., 2:00 PM]. Orders placed later will be delivered the following day.
- Rest of Egypt: Delivery within 3 business days.
2. Shipping Fees
- Flat Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific governorate.
3. Order Tracking & Confirmation
- Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation.
- Courier Contact: Our shipping partner will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure you are available at the provided address.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
To ensure your tech arrives in perfect condition:
- We encourage you to inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
- If the box is heavily damaged or the product is incorrect, you may refuse the delivery and contact our support immediately.
